Regarding the Private Messaging system that is contained within the phpBB bulletin board here: Please understand that the intent of this facility is to allow you to have non-public correspondence with other members of the community. The administrator of this board may be exposed to your message by normal course of programming, updating and maintaining this site. Furthermore, if a member complains that another member is sending harassing or offensive messages via the PM system, the site administrator will investigate these claims and take appropriate action.

Please do not publicly disclose the contents of any Private Message you receive. If you have a concern about any message that you receive, simply contact the site administrator with your question. Disclosing a private message that someone else has sent you is at a minimum in poor taste, and under some circumstances may be illegal.
