I got the radiator. AC condenser and fan mounted. I think next step will be take it all apart, correct an weld all the things on the frame and send the frame to power coat. Rob I'll take some pictures of the tools I use starting with the wire scrub brush I use with Phosphoric acid. You have to strip the paint etc. off first. pictures to follow soon
it needs to be lowered with big and littles. .

Thanks for the detailed explanation Doug, that's awesome!
Nice looking rad, love the look of the aluminum rads I'm still picking through all the crap in my driveway from the neighbour and my own garage clean up. Starting to see light at the end of the tunnel Rob

Rob, felt I had to go detailed because that is what it takes to explain. Oh BTW there is some controversy that I bet you will find on this website on how or not to use phosphoric acid AKA Metal Prep. so I just gave you my 2 pence worth ....Bet you will be glad to get all that stuff organized and back to the Stang
Dennis, you are working way to much it needs to be lowered with big and littles. .

The more detailed the explanation the better Doug! Half the time I read some kind of write up I don't really understand what they're getting at
I'm quite familiar with those little wires flying everywhere, especially lately, I think they used to make them better years back. Getting everyone to agree on anything is pretty tough so I'm sure there's plenty of opinions on the acid thing. Hope you're getting back to normal work hours Dennis Rob

Oh ya he through in three days of school to in that time off just to break things up for me.
Today's the last day of that! Was out last nite working on rebuilding the Starter for my Truck 93 F250 4x4 7.3 Diesel Brushes where shot as I thought the replacements Pig tails don't look right, Replacement Brushes look right don't know how or what I'm gonna do about the Pig tails yet though. 2 of The originals are riveted to a Plate and 2 others are mounted solid into the Armature. Looks like I am gonna have to splice them some how. Dennis B.
