You should rebuild the pump with new piston and valves looks like it had enough time on it could probably use it. I would do the valves at very minimum. Dennis B.

Looks great! I bought a new 73 Z my senior year in high school-$4100- those were the days. Now I'm looking to clone it but everyone seems to think their project cars are worthy of Mecums auction!!! I do have a 74 Z/28 type Lt that needs a total resto and about $5000 of nos parts to do it, but I prefer chrome bumpers so maybe I'll sell the 74. Keep up the great work. As much work as you put into your shop tools, I can only imagine how nice the car will be when your finished!!
