It's time for me to say "THANK YOU" to all the paint and body experts here who give up their time to help people like myself learn these skills.
With this help, and LOTS of reading here I have just completed my first complete restoration. Every part came of this car except the headliner. The only job I farmed out was fitting of the seat covers to the seats, and I wish I hadn't...
Thanks to all

Boy, for your first time at restoration you've done yourself proud. Great looking fastback and must give you a huge sense of accomplishment to see the quality you were able to obtain. Congratulations

Thanks guys.
I've always had 'hobby' cars during the last 23 or so years. There's no tasks I hadn't done before, but this was the first time I had stripped a car down to nothing and rebuilt it all at one time. Also my first over all paint job |
