Had a WW2 veteran in my church that passed on a couple of years ago. His widow pulled me aside at church and said, "Pastor, my husband wanted you to have an old car parked behind our house. Please come and get it when you can."
Went there today and this is what I came home with:

Parked it between my other two "yet to be done" projects.

That is some fine quality metal :goodjob: When I was a kid a guy up the street had a 49 Special Deluxe, it was black with the tinted visor. I thought it was the coolest car around. Any immediate plans?

Nothing will happen quickly on this one since I have 2 vehicles in the garage now that I am working on, another waiting for an opening, and two of my own to get done first.
These cars don't really bring much money even fully restored so I am leaning toward a resto/mod for this one. I will find a suitable donor car for drive train and suspension that I can fit this body to.
