Seems like that much damage would be a Total on an 05 Jeep. Looks like good work though.

Yeah it's pretty nice shop. Have a lot of equipment at my disposal. Yeah it gouged the same thing that it was a total but I have learned not to ask questions just fix what they give me lol.

Mike,
Are most of these major repairs done at natural section breaks within the car's structure? The places where you will be joining the new parts always look clean and pre-drilled. 1968 Coronet R/T

Every manufacture has there certain places and procedures for what they want done. Typically on frame rails it's what they say goes. For radiator supports it's fairly straight forward drill out the spot welds and replace with new part and same amount of welds in the same place if mig welding. Spot welding is a different story. Manufactures desire if you are allowed to spot weld over a existing weld or next to it.

So they have some sort of database on panel replacement similar to the one for mechanical procedures?
I know they have had frame measurement points for years and assume that all of this has advanced over the years. The restoration work I do on older cars is pretty straight forward. 1968 Coronet R/T

Yes Alldata and I- car uses actual oem websites to access info on repairs but some oem's you have to pay to access. Very minimal amount.
