Just getting into the online car scene, this is the second forum that I have become apart of in the course of my life, the other being club hot rod. Here is shown an intensely modified Porsche 928. It started out as a rust free hack job project that we were able to pick up for an incredibly low price. Since then we have stripped all the plastic off of it and have totally redesigned the front and rear ends of the car with all custom metal fabrication. The car has also been chopped two inches and widened 3 inches all the way around so that the 18x12 305 wheels will fit in the back. The car will also be sitting on brand new performance suspension with a 2 inch drop. The front end has been welded and glassed together with the fenders so that now the whole nose comes off as one single unit, and gills were added to the front fenders. The ugly old rear 928 hatch has been modified into a notch back with a caddilac cts high stop break light. It will be sporting a Chevy 383 stroker motor with the Porsche 5 speed rear end. Hope you enjoy and any comments negative or positive are very welcome, looking forward to everyone's thoughts! Thank you for reading!

Absolutely, I will upload past pictures from the start of the build as well as post pictures as we go. Currently there are two other projects I am working on, a 57 nomad and a 52 riviera

I've been around the 928 from inception till now over the years and I'll tell you...this is hands down the best redesign I have ever seen on this car body. I always thought that Porsche really dropped the ball on the car from the beginning with the look. Congrats on where you are at with it and can't wait to see it in paint!
