Well at least you're down to some final finicky details Doug, you'll be driving that ride before you know it! :goodjob: :goodjob: :goodjob:

Dennis I can assure you I won't be finishing my project anytime soon. I'll be lucky if I can even get back to working on it by this time next year. Once I finally get out of here I have to finish everything with the shop and garage which is a ton of work :splat: :splat: :splat:

I did haul the Stang up there last trip so bit by bit things are getting out of here.

Well i got to get busy picked up a 05 Kia Sonata and a 04 Sonata wrecked going to do an engine swap and save the 05, o5 blew a timing belt wiped out the valves. I think it will make a good back up car for my commute or sell it I haven't made up my mind.

Also have an 08 Sorento I will be putting an engine in next week or two for a customer.

I also signed a contract and took a deposit from another customer to get his 1970 Chevelle running again, It hasn't run in over 15 years plus repaint & install 4 wheel disk brakes and rebuild the Turbo 350 and rebuild front suspension with all new bushings and install new Springs. My Bid was not cheap but not too expensive either for what hes getting.
I should make a coin or two on it.

Where was all this work when I was trying to make a living out of my shop?
I am not turning away any jobs I can make a buck off of right now I need the cash for the Firebird and the Plymouth projects they are both at the stage where I need money to complete them.

Finally got Calvin's girlfriends car out of my shop and Calvins Mustang is always in and out, But he is taking a new job on other side of Las Vegas hes gonna have to move if hes gonna keep it so his days of cluttering up the shop are pretty much over.
I am looking forward to that

Sorry to leave you hanging here by yourself Dennis. Sounds like you've got a good thing going with the side jobs! :goodjob:

We haven't sold yet but lots of interest so hopefully soon. Mean time just packing and hauling stuff up to the other place, man I have a lot of stuff :knockout: :knockout: :knockout:

Hey guys, glad progress is being made on all fronts with both of you. I am still buy with all sorts of little details that I want to get done so I am not having to do them with final paint on the car. I/we are having to make several special brackets and mount for the AC. power steering tank and the radiator "puke" tank. Actually I made the puke tank from aluminum as I couldn't find anything that would fit. right now I am working on a foot rest that will contain the hi lo beam foot switch and another foot switch to give me a windshield wiper pass. I don't have any controls on the column. Sorry for not staying in touch :worthy: :whoops: :whoops: :whoops:
Rob hope the house sells soon and you find room for all your "stuff".
Dennis you are working to hard, I know someone has got to do it but take a little time to relax. i.e.. "I also signed a contract and took a deposit from another customer to get his 1970 Chevelle running again, It hasn't run in over 15 years plus repaint & install 4 wheel disk brakes and rebuild the Turbo 350 and rebuild front suspension with all new bushings and install new Springs.
