Wow Doug, I didn't know they were replacing 3 different discs, that's a big deal    Looks pretty cool though, sure hope it works as advertised. Take it real easy but I'm sure you know that, try to keep us up to date on your progress.

Dennis, retirement is awesome   We're absolutley loving it!!!! Haven't been making as much progress on the Stang as I would like but it's been steady, or at least it was until yesterday when the starter on my compressor went up in smoke :flatten: :flatten: :flatten: At least it didn't happen in the middle of paint. So I have one coming later this week, another $500 bill I didn't need :knockout: :knockout:

The pain is gone
This video will better describe what went on. I did not get the screw/rivet. it was just a compression fit. I think this will clarify the x-ray of my back.

I will give some status on the car next time.

Dam Doug That's Graphic! lol just what I needed with my coffee this mourning lol

OH well Im ecstatic that it works & Im happy for you finally out of PAIN.
Life sucks when you live in Pain every day, Heck if I were you Id say the hell with the car and go on another vacation that you can enjoy pain free. Thanks for the update and again Im happy it worked.

Now were did our friend Mustang Mike go ? haven't heard hide nor hair from him either?
He be the last one living in Pain.

I am gonna have to break down and go see that other surgeon I met a while back, what do you wanna bet I put it off even longer?
Why is it you meet some one like that they just wanna cut? :splat:

That's great news Doug!! I'm not very good with graphic so I'm glad Dennis warned me. I'll have to watch that later on an empty stomach :flatten:

I still have pain everyday but it's way better than before the surgery and also a lot better since I retired. Sitting all day at work was brutal, I don't sit that much now so that helps a ton.

The new starter for my compressor is in so next step will be to wire it, looks quite confined in there so hopefully it isn't too much of a pain :splat:

Now that you mention it where is MIke hiding these days?

Hey Doug
I watched all that movie yesterday and Im wondering why didnt they use the rivet screw thingys too? did your Doc say?
I was impressed with the procedure by the way. All they need to do is come up with a working mechanical wrist and I will sign up.
