Nice looking fender Dennis, good price too. I probably forgot to mention I stumbled across a near mint right fender at the Munroe swap meet so I won't have to use the banged up one

We'll know by this Friday if the house is sold, accepted an offer last week subject to a couple of inspections so just anxiously waiting for the outcome of that.

Hey Rob
That's great about your house! I hope your getting what you wanted out of it. You should check out that guys other listings I meant to link a few seams hes giving up on his build selling off all his parts for his 65 build.

My Renter in Mom & dads old place left me hi and dry with a filthy house broken washer machine, Broken lower panel in one of the refrigerators and a small hole in Island kitchen sub wall, Broken rear door, destroyed paint on one of the walls. Plus a heavy Wind storm did a number on a few Roof shingles. It will be a while before I get it all fixed.

Doug
We need some more Progress pics! to keep us going your the only one making any progress right now and your holding out on the Progress Porn!

SOLD, SOLD, SOLD, Yay

We did great on it, market up here is nutso. We got 200K more than what we had hoped for a year ago when we first started thinking about it. Good thing we weren't ready then. :goodjob:

Now it's all about packing and getting out of here, still a lot to do in that regard. :knockout:

Totally sucks about your renter. I've owned quite a number of rentals and they always end the same crappy way. As a landlord you barely have any rights, a half months rent as a damage deposit doesn't cover squat. Way to frustrating for me so I sold them for good years ago :splat:

Yes Doug, we need pics!!!!

Completion date is Nov 1st so I have a month to get out of here. Not too bad other than we have various commitments in Oct that will eat up a bunch of our time, at least we've been moving stuff over for about 6 months.

I don't think I'll be adding onto the shop anytime soon, used up all my brownie points with my wife to get it as big as it is  I will however be building a decent paint booth in there. The buildings have been in an unfinished state for quite some time so I have a lot of work to do before I can actually work in there. Looking forward to having it all done! :drink:

Well I finished that Kia engine install off and did the front end lower control arm bushings on the neighbors Saturn Ion, what a Pain in the Key-stir! dam Bolts were froze on to the inner steal part of the bushings what a Nightmare.

Now that Calvins gone he moved into town and Skip aint around any more so I bought the parts for my Quad. They both couldn't stay off of it and it pissed me off so I took it apart a few years back now Im putting it back together. After I get the Quad together Im gonna use it to pull that 70 Chevy in and get started on it. I miss using it as a tow truck It was almost like it was made for it.

Sounds like you're staying busy Dennis. It's been a year since I did anything on the Stang, how time flys when you have too much to do :knockout: :knockout:

Two weeks to moving and still busy packing and then there will be a ton of work getting the other shop up and running. Looking forward to being up there and moving forward :goodjob:
