No they still have it, same name and all but only sold by the gallon, at $100 each So I passed on that and got a quart of the POR15 version, my buddy there says he uses that and is happy with it. Saved me $180 so that's a bonus, and the surface rust on the inner side isn't all that bad so even left as is probably wouldn't be an issue for a decade or more, being a garage kept summer car.

Even under Dupont control the stuff was that expensive.
I will keep using it myself I spent a lot of time figuring out exactly how to use it properly to get really good results. Working on Plymouth today progress is slow hate redoing stuff but I got to get it done Dennis B.

Hi guys. We've been in Tanzania Africa on safari for the last three weeks. Put on your bucket list it was fantastic. I need to get caught up on everything

Nice to hear you're back working on the Plymouth Dennis, it's been quite a while I guess. I got the fender totally stripped, used that POR15 metal conditioner on it, must do something because I ended up with a bunch of small holes where there was only one before. I made a small patch that I'll weld in today, then I'll get the inner side in primer and paint and put it on the car for final body work. Hopefully no surprises after that. Rob

I will, I will post pictures. I had to get a new computer to get space enough for the pictures (old one was 9 yrs old) . I like this new one

Hey guy's
Well They finally got a Fourth man on MOC desk, I have been relived from 7 day coverage and will now get regular days off. Been working of Fire bird off & on finishing up Quarter panels and trying to finalize the Trunk before welding it in solid, Im getting pretty good with that Tig welder as well. Welding is fun again When you don't have to grind off a Mountain of weld bead. Calvin's Mustang..... Calvin Did it this time He has ripped the structure out of the little car for the right rear upper control arm. We have the rear end & exhaust out & all cleaned up now and I started welding up all the cracks last night. Have to grind some of the bead down today and weld back in the main mount for the upper arm, But first the Mount itself requires more welding that I will finish up today. I think what caused it is not having the upper arms adjusted correctly as I find it hard to believe that little 302 is making more than 400-450 hp . Don't get me wrong it run's pretty good with my tune on it but its no Big block torque monster either so to say it caused this much damage on its own would be a stretch in my opinion, That's why I say he had the adjustable Upper Torque arms adjusted incorrectly. Rob Hows your Mustang coming along been a while with no updates ???? Doug hows the 38 coming? We were promised pictures that we never saw about a Safari. Dennis B.

Fender looks good except at almost middle of wheel well top looks like its been welded their almost and also where a an Antenna would go, Looks like you need to get a Dolley under there and push up real good, could be the light in the picture though.
I found that using a DA with 40 grit leaves a nice finish on the metal that lets you see all the hi and low spots when metal finishing with hammer and dolly then use a shrinking disk after that where it doesn't heat the stretched metal and hi spots it polishes the metal nice. I wont do metal finishing without it its a must have tool in my opinion you can make a panel perfect with one. Dennis B.
