I don't like doing the body filler/razor blade thing so much. I have done it with a poly putty like USC's Body Icing but that stuff just easily sands without worrying about digging in with a razor blade. Even at that, if you've got a lot of them (that's how it sounded, anyway) seems like it would be easier to just go on to the high build primer.
