I need a rear bumper for my subaru due a parking lot accident.
Ive came across this used bumper from kijiji. It is OEM part but with Minor resurface & applied primer at centre area. This is where it worries me, should i be concerned about this minor resurface area? I have no experience in plastic bumpers but it doesnt looks too bad to me, your suggestions would be greatly appreciated

The question should be..... Is this a minor resurface? You need to see the inside of that bumper to see if that is a big slug of plastic that has been plastic welded/and/or glued in. If it is just a simple reshaping on the "outside" it needs only minor poly putting to level it up around the outside of the area, then on to prep. primer, paint system.... If it is a big slug of new plastic I'd probably pass on it......

Well, can't be 100% sure from pic. but if was filled in looks like they did an okay job. If the price was right, I'd risk it..... Nothing for a Subie is cheap anymore....
