Sears lists the CFM @ 90 psi to be 14.8 for the same model, and the Tractor Supply Company lists 16.1cfm @ 40 psi, and 14.1 cfm at 90 psi, 100% continuous duty, and a max psiof 135. Why does everyone have different specs???

I'm guessing it would work with the gun, but what of the quality?

I have a kobalt 60 gallon from lowe's, does everything I want it to do

Used it with a $30 "purple" gun, and a better grade Warwick HVLP which is still a relatively cheap gun at about $120.

I'm surprised no one suggested using an old style siphon fed non HVLP, they can run off a smallish compressor if you are only spraying a few parts

Lowes comp set me back $450

My point here is, you should be ok with that 60 gallon you mentioned
