If you want 3/8" ends, then get a 1/2" hose. The high flow fittings will work with either 1/4" or 3/8", if you get the right size fittings for the ends you are using.

I was wandering if they could be changed to the 1/4" high flow versions if needed. Question wasn't too clear.

Thanks...Al

The 3/8" hose has a 1/4" end on it with a 1/4" inner opening, that is the same with all hoses, to my knowledge. High flow refers to the coupling that goes on the hose end, and the ones for the 3/8" hose all have a 1/2" pipe thread to match the 1/2" pipe thread on the hose end, to my knowledge. So you can get 1/4" standard, or 1/4" high flow fittings, for any 3/8" hose.

If you need more flow, then get the 1/2 hose and you will then be able to use 3/8" standard or 3/8" high flow fittings.
