I'm considering replacing my 30 gallon compressor, it just cant keep up with painting very well.

So I'm shopping around and I know CFM is were its at when it comes to painting.

I'm looking at a CH with 15cfm @ 90psi 80 gallon tank and the 60 gallon version with 10.2 cfm @ 90 psi.
It will cost me about $300 more for the bigger one.

Don't want to waist $300 if I can help it.

What do you think?

The tank size isn't the big issue...it's the CFM rating. $300 for 50% more air capacity sounds like a bargain...you will be kicking yourself later.

This compressor I carry is about the minimum I'd recommend for doing auto body work at home:

Always and I mean always buy as much compressor as you possibly can. You can run almost any gun on a higher cfm/good capacitycompressor but the same can't be said of a cheaper smaller compressor. They just make more water as they struggle to keep up with any gun on an overall shoot. Something I don't think I've ever read on this forum is, "Man, I bought too much compressor." CFM's are your friends when it comes to any air tool.
