Anybody have the PPS adapter for a develibiss startingline? We use em on a few diff guns and they work fine but we got the startingline primer kit and the number 27 adapter which is listed as the right one leaks from around the threads?

First look and make sure that there are no dings/chips/broken threads in both the gun body and the adapter.

If those both look OK, then try getting a small round piece of plastic (preferably polypropylene or polyethylene like from a milk carton) about .010 - .020 thick, and make a small donut shaped gasket. (Note: Rubber/Nitrile O-rings won't work as they swell too much). Insert it into the gun body before putting the 3M adapter in. If you can seal at the bottom of the adapter where it meets the gun, you won't have to rely on the threads.

Hope this helps.
