Justed treated myself to a sata mini 3000 gun.I want to try a few different size cups on it but after going thru the shop today all the paint cups have a course thread that looks 9/16-5/8 in.The sata gun has what looks like a fine thread 1/2 in.I would prefer not to have to spend big monies on a sata cup.Do you guys know of any other guns that have that smaller cup size mount? By the way the gun sprays great.

Well I see one option is the 3m pps system.Costly.Theres gotta be a cheep aftermarket cap that will fit the adapter thats there.

My Sata Minijet 3000B only has a QCC connection on the gun (not a standard thread)?!
Can you confirm it's not the older Minijet 3? That gun had a 10mm x 1.0mm thread, if I remember correctly.

Either way, both 3M and DeVilbiss make adapters for the gun you have.
