I want to see if you can get very hard backing pads for the orbitals. Every now and then one will fall on the floor and it buckles the backing pad and then you can no longer use it.

So I wonder if there are some very very hard backing pads that will last longer. Also as we only use them on sheetmetal the edge of the new pad will wear down quickly as well. I am hoping there is a very hard plastic or even metal backed pad that will be longer lasting and more durable.

6" or 150mm dia.
With velcro for the hook and loop sanding discs.
Pad to have no holes if possible.
