Hello, Being wet behind the ears on using a spray gun, what I should be using. I'm restoring my 69 camaro and will only be doing the priming. I'll be using ********** primers, epoxy and 2k. I'm working out of my home/garage and will not be shooting the entire car at once, but only in sections as I work on it here and there. I'll be using a 3.7 hp, 60 gal, 11.5 SCFM at 90 PSI Kolbalt comp.
The question..should I be using a HVLP or LVLP gun and why? Does one create more overspray than the other?
I'm 99.9% confident in my ability to lay primer but I just don't wanna make more work for myself if not needed.
I was looking at the HVLP DeVILBISS FinishLine 4 series FLG678 primer gun with 1.8 & 2.2 tip
or the FLG5/AZ3HTE2
Thanks
Which to buy a HVLP or LVLP gun ?

Either is fine for primer. Do the car in sections so you don't overhear the compressor.
