Should I regulate my airline psi from 125psi down to 40 psi at compressor to obtain 13cfm? And then regulate at gun to 23psi to obtain 10psi cap pressure? Am I making sense? I was spraying primer and my fan width of my gun kept getting smaller the longer I sprayed. I have my compressor set at 125 psi and regulated to 30psi at gun.

This post I'm going to point you too was for a Prolite gun...but the basic idea is the same for any gun. Check it out and see if it helps you get the pressure settings dialed in correctly.
