I purchased one a while back with the silver cap.... Is it worth the money to buy the other colored cap they have ? Orange, and the purple one?

I have used the Silver Cap for base (solid and metallic), clear and single stage paints with no problems whatsoever.

I own a lph400. I use the silver cap for clear and solid colors. The orange cap for sparkles.

The orange cap really makes a difference. But if you can manage without it, then you dont need it. It just makes spraying easier. They are pricey.
