Been using these for the past 35 years or so but cant seem to find them anywhere.
They were called Devillebis fittings for spray guns

I was able to find the part number, Ph4069 240018 M99 used in the lower picture. If you look on Amazon, it did show a PH4069 fitting by Devillbiss that was avaliable, but the picture was just a handful of fittings, not that particular one. I'd order one and see what you get, worst case you spend another $3-$4 to return it if it's not the one. The lower picture was from a Terapeak website and the Buy Now button went to ebay and was out of stock.

Also found this in some of my stuff I had saved...shows both the male and female part numbers for this fitting.
