Fair Pricing of raw parts (trying to branch out)

How does everyone quote their jobs for side work especially?
I'm trying to get a little clientele among the import scene we have here. So there could potentially be a lot of scuff and shoot body kits.
My buddy that has the nitch in the group felt like if he could offer a somewhat general price for parts it may aid in getting people to call me and set something up vs just his word that I do quality work at a reasonable rate.
I've never done much sidework and in the shop never been on the end to know whats being charged for what comes in or goes out.
I know how long the job will take me and I'm hoping I'll get a similar discount as we get at our shop for supplies. Though I may branch out and get ********** clear just to try it out as I've heard so many good things about it.
When I've done sidework in the past and I've shot myself in the foot and I've come out on top. But at this point I'm not so much concerned with making a killing on each job, more so just building a reputation so that I can branch out further.
I don't mind giving a general quote for raw parts. Obviously they are scuff and shoot prices. Just something to get folks to give me a call or at least not lose my business card.
Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: meant to post this in the Pro Shop... my bad. Mods mind moving?
