How cold has it been where the car sits? Has it been in the sun?

You could flat it ,and let it breath .IT will let the solvents out. Then some how get some heat on it.

Car has not been in the sun. I maintained a shop temperature in the paint room of 60 deg. over night. Since then it has not seen 60 deg. If I get heat on it do you think this will remedy the problem.

The normal activator is meant for temps in the mid 70s so with your booth temps during curing at 60 will definitely slow everything down. They make a Fast Activator and a Polar Additive for cold temp spraying and curing.
If you are not planning to cut and buff then just get the heat up in that garage so the clear can finish curing. If you are planning to cut and buff then do as Painpot suggested as opening it up will help the solvents escape. Once its finished curing you can then continue the sanding process and begin buffing. 1968 Coronet R/T

I have gotten the booth up to 70-77 degrees now. How long do you think it will take to cure? I still need to put a stripe on the car. So you think I should use the fast activator, I did not use it because I had painted some of the small parts without any runs with the normal activator, and everything flowed out so well I did not want to slow the flow.

that will help some, but what will really help is getting it outside . It needs some uv rays to help cure. I know you say it has been snowing and what not...what is the temp outside?

It is about 40-50 deg. depending on day. Am I better to keep heated in shop during the day, or leave in the sun in the cold temperature.

if it is atleast 50 deg, you are better off setting it outside a good day while it is cut open. It's all about uv rays. Just heat alone will only get you so far.
