I have painted while it's raining outside and after I have hosed down the floor with no issues.
Not sure if humidity plays that big of a role anymore. 1968 Coronet R/T

Ditto that, have painted more than one car when raining and always hosed down the floor in my booth. Where moisture will hurt you is in your air supply and getting to the gun hence into the paint. |
One of my best paint jobs was done while it was raining outside, and the relative humidity
had to have been near 100%. If anything, it might help the paint to flow out. "If you can't move it, paint it." - U.S. Army

Agreed, it's not such an issue with the new paints. Different story to acrylic where, if you crossed the humidity limit they'd go milky. Even so 80-85% is probably a sensible point at which it might be a good idea to find something else to do.
