I have the painting process down now. But I made a few mistakes and I need to fix on the door, and also had 2 bugs get stuck in the paint. Because of that I needed to sand the door and repaint. The door looks great but has 4-5 coats on it, Is that ok? Do you think it will look different than the rest of the car? Im using PPG’s Deltron® 2000 (DBC) Basecoat and color is Marina Blue.

You started this from bare metal, correct? Even if not, you should be fine.

"will it look different"; tough to answer for sure but the answer should be "no". If a metallic paint there is a chance it may look different - things like air pressure at gun and spraying distance from panel can cause the metallics to orient a little differently.
