Been using PPG DX330 (now out of), tried 3M 08983 but was not too impressed. I'm at my last rodeo and just trying to use up what I have left without spending any more money. I see here some are using alcohol/water mix-what kind of alcohol - denatured or rubbing? Thanks

The best is the products made for Automotive use.
I use this: http://www.southernpolyurethanes.com/Pr ... emover.jpg However you can degrease with dish soap and water, then use a 50/50 mix of Isopropyl Alcohol for a final wipe. You need to be sure everything is dry before spraying. Most drugstores and supermarkets carry it in a 91% dilution. 1968 Coronet R/T
