I sprayed the primer today, Tamco DTM using 70-80 degree activator, garage was 65 when I started, opened the garage doors to the outside, temps dropped to 60ish (not very cold today) The primer had NO issue curing, I was dry sanding within 3 hrs.

This primer is amazing.

Sure, but don't confuse primers with top coats. They may use similar, in some cases the same, hardeners, but they are very, very different.
