How do you spot acrylic primer?

Is it usually thin cream white with a smooth surface?

Can you spray 2pac over acrylic if sanded most of the acrylic off?

With 2pac that has dried, Is it required to sand the top coat coarse if you want to spray more on it?

thanks

Take a rag and wet with acrylic thinners. Rub gently on the primer and the colour will come off on to the rag quite quickly.

Acrylic primer comes in grey, most commonly but is also available in white and black. It can be tinted so lots of other colours are posssible.

If the primer is dry you can spray most automotive products over it.No need to sand it off Does need to be sanded to P600 or P800 wet. It does tend to lay down quite smooth if applied correctly.

2K primer, once dried, definitely needs sanding before applying any further coating. If more primer then a minimum P400 wet.
