I finally got around to spraying the cab of my truck with the Tamco 2k primer. My buddy and I had to do some engine work on it to be able to move it around. Upon that process we managed to get our dirty hand prints and WD40 all over the door panels. Ive tried using Wax&Grease remover from Duplicolor (had it laying around) and it didn't really do anything.
I hadn't gotten around to sanding the cab either so that still needs to be done. I probably shouldn't try and sand the dirt/oil out right?
Please let me know what I can do as I am almost finished and this is a set back for me!
need help removing wd40, dirt, and grease from primed panels

Wash it with Dawn dish soap and water then go to your sanding. Make sure to sand any discoloration out.

TSP/Tri-Sodium Phosphate works well for dissolving and removing grease.
It comes in a powder and you mix it with water. It'll clean the dirtiest surface. "If you can't move it, paint it." - U.S. Army
