Hello,
Over the last few years, I have been noticing odd scratches on my car, some that appear through the whole length of the car. They were so numerous I had to have the car repainted, but more began to appear soon after. I am aware that it is a black car, and that scratches show most clear on black cars. I am uncertain whether these are natural causes (though I could not imagine what those causes could be) or if they were deliberately put there, however, it did not look as deep or thick as a keyed car. I have tried taking pictures, but they are difficult to capture using a phone camera, so I want to get a professional opinion on this. Who do you recommend is the best person? The only people I can think of are auto body shops. Please feel free to leave any possible explanations you can think of concerning these mysterious scratches.
Thanks in advance.

I recall we had this discussion on another thread recently. The guy never figured it out and was going to set up cameras...the scratching was happening overnight. I don't recall hearing the conclusion.
