Hey everyone, I haven't really done any wheel arch body lines, just repairing the wheel arch with a body line still intact.

How can I shape the curved line on a wheel arch?
On straight lines i use tape on each side, i tried using 1/2" tape on the wheel arch today and on the bottom half the tape curved with the body work but the top didn't curve as well.

Here are some pictures I found online(not mine) of a damaged wheel arch.
How would I get the same curved line as factory? Thinner tape?
Thanks.

I apply a lot of guide coat and make long sweeping sanding
strokes with a block. It shows it really well and you can see exactly
when to stop.

Thanks for the reply and help JCCLARK.

Do you use a flat block or one of the long round blocks?
