I plan on painting a few stainless steel items, including some yeti cups. What would be the best process and primer? At first I planned on scuffing, cleaning, SEM self etch, auto air sealer, auto air base, then clear. After doing some reading, it seems that epoxy primer would be the better thing to use. Really need some advice, thanks in advance!

Yeti like the coolers ? If you're painting a stainless steel mug I would sand with 80 grit
Use some etch primer and then a few coats of 2k primer. Sand that down and seal and paint. I clear a lot of brushed stainless but that's a whole different process Experienced Trained Certified
