uv cure lacquer

uv cure (matt) lacquer..... anyone use this ?tried a few times on alloy and plastic with different base coats /different primers/etch primers and everytime it goes so perfect ,cures perfect then 4 or so hours later it cracks with big deep ridges and just flakes off taking the Base coat with it....can not seem to find much info on it online

How are you curing the product? Sun light or UV lamps?
