Customer really likes the bed liner look, o.k. with me it sprays out nice and covers up a lot of imperfections. So I spray inside of fenders, inner fenders, cab floor/bottom of cab, and the inside of the hood. Was wondering if anybody has tried shooting a two stage (base coat clear coat) process over a rhino bed liner coating and did it stick? Please advise

No I have never painted over Rhino liner. but have you contacted Rhino ? or you could try a test panel. I would scuff the Rhino then wash with soap and water, wax and grease removers will sometimes release solvents in plastics or urethanes that will cause problems. shoot a light coat of sealer then top coat

Sounds good I was heading that way, but thought someone here may have tried it. But I will try and let you know! Thank you

Please post results.
Would be interesting to see the finished product. Fly like a butterfly, sting like a bee.
