hello everyone, so here is my dilema. stencil was not down all the way and paint got underneath, i already cleared and wet sanded with 1000 grit. my question is can i spray base over the sanded clear then re-clear, cut and buff....? i am new to painting so forgive me if this is a silly question. thanks for your help in advance.

Yes, many airbrush artist's will carry out this process and use it to seal everything off before doing more work.

in the future try applying a 2k colour (black) first and let it cure then do your artwork. then if you get paint creep like above you can either use abit of thinner or tape up and rectify easily.
