Having limited patience I am know faced with a going back a step after what I thought was two steps forward. i had done my filling on the body of my 79 c10 after first sealing with epoxy primer. I proceeded to spray 3 coats of transtar 2k urethane but am realizing that some of my filler work was not as good as I thought. Can I do more filler work over it then recoat? Can i use a polyester high build over it to take the curse off some places than recoat with the 2k? I realize that I need to block to give any surface the tooth it needs for whatever goes on next but need some advice on how to make myself feel better about this without hopefully stripping and starting over.

Sure you can, just use a coarse sandpaper to sand it first.
Like 150 grit. And tack the dust off real good.
JC.

(It's not custom painting-it's custom sanding)

Thanks for the reply. Thats what I thought about more filler, guess I just needed some reassurance. Let me ask just to be sure, I can spray some polyester high build if I decide to go that route?
