possibly a dumb question. I have searched but still have a basic question. I want to paint my deck lid and hood under sides while they are off the car (laying flat). then once dry, I would like to flip them and paint the top sides of each. My question is, how do I keep overspray off the top sides of each while painting the underside? I did a truck before and hung the hood vertically so that I could paint both sides at once but I was thinking that painting them flat would be easier (until I thought about how to control overspray).

Thanks,
Rick

mask the top side off, when the underside is good and dry you can take the paper off the topside and use it on the underside if you want.

I was concerned that might make a hard edge tape line?
