Simple question that I think I know the answer to: Is it more likely to get a run in the clear with a panel that is vertical than a panel that is horizontal?

Obviously this is technique of which I am trying to perfect.

My flat 'hood' panel on my atv turned out perfect (for me) but I have two runs on the vertical 'qtr panel' panels.

My first few test panels I had a lot of dry spray because I was moving too fast so I focused on slow and even gun speed. Wondering if I need to slightly adjust gun speed on vertical vs horizontal panels or if something else is the culprit.

most painters tend to put paint on heavier on horizontal surfaces, why I don't know its just a mind thing. you can try and speed up on your vertical panels and see what happens. there are many things that can be the cause, its really an experience thing.
