I'm new to this community and in the process of restoring a 1974 MGB GT. I am new to spray painting but I want to give it a go.

I am carrying out many body repairs and unsure on the process of applying seam sealer and primer. When I complete each individual repair should I seal the seams and prime, before going on to the next area of repair. Or should I carry out all the individual repair and then seal all seams and then spray primer.

If the right thing to do is seam seal and prime after each individual repair, do I need to do further preparation when all repair areas are complete. Any help would be gratefully received.

I like to get all my body work done then primer and seam seal, this is in the perfect world it doesn't always work that way. sometimes you might not have access to an area when your done so it will need to be done first. it just depends on the job.
