I liked it too :rotfl:
But seriously the guy didn't like his friends bid of $2700 either? That's gotta be one heck of a friend?? I would say! Whats his address? I will gladly supply him his labor price and materials for a Flawless complete!

The Truth is People just don't respect How expensive it is OR How Labor intensive it is to get a good decent paint job and very few are willing to pay anything for it to be done right.

A lot come hear or other similar web sights and wanna learn how to do it themselves so they can save some money! or so they think! The truth is most would be money and frustration ahead hiring some one that does do good work to do for them.
Every one gets into this fun house thinking I will buy My cheap little compressor as it would be nice to have it to fill the car tires once in a while any way and then the Million dollar Paint gun and a cheap DA sander and do this one paint job and save $ and Maybe do a side project or two too make a few bucks then sell the Paint equipment on ebay or Craigs list for what I paid for it and I wont be out much money except the paint and tape

We all know what comes next!

:rotfl:

My Uncle got a cheap Maco paint job in S. CA years ago it looked ok for about 6 months then it started fading really bad and then all the Paint started peeling off of it, Its still sitting in My Aunts drive way to this day none of the Primer stuck to it all of the paint pealed off.

There is Nothing cheap about a Paint job and theirs nothing good about a cheap paint job!
