I've been in some tight spots, but these engine parts for my car are killing me.

How do I sand inside the 'supercharged' letters?

What about around the SRT letters? Especially inside the R and S.

I sanded and I have texture in really close to the letters on the covers. Doing the intake and noticed it again.

I've used folded paper and popsicle sticks with paper on them, but it does not get in everything.

Any suggestions?

I don't know if these will work for you but this is what i've done before. rip a red scrach pad into roll the fuzy edge up as tight as you can stuff it down in the letters and rub away. i've put small emblems into my glass bead machine and lightly blasted them this puts a little profile on them. last on already painted parts that are difficult to scuff i would use some Dupont 222 its a mid coat adhision promoter.

Try tongue depressors instead of Popsicle sticks. They are usually half the thickness and bend/flex easier. Just stick a good psa sandpaper to your stick. You can also make the stick less wide and even sharpen it with a DA. We buy them by the 500 count box online.

Rolled up the red scuff pad, used tongue depressors too. Issue just isn't getting a scratch on it, taking out the texture and getting it flat. I'll try the sanding pen.

How does that Sanding Pen work?

Is the abrasive part of it or do you use some kind of other abrasive?

I mask off stuff small stuff like that with masking tape then cut out what area I want to sand such as the lettering and put it in my Glass bead blaster it works for me on most stuff but
I would like to try that Sanding Pen, I have heard of them before but never tried one, I am sure they have many uses and in many cases would be more advantageous to use one of them instead of blasting method.

I have run into wanting to try one many times, I need to buy one Its one of those things I always forget to order when I am ordering supply's. One of those things you forget to order till you need it or want to try it.
