I hit my car on side of curb and I got scratches in my car shown in picture. How do I hide it without repainting everything. I am looking for I expensive and faster option. My car has 175 K so I am not looking to paint entire area.

That bottom plastic piece - maybe you can find a good pull from a salvage yard in matching color and just replace it. The door itself, get a bottle of touch-up paint and go for it.
