Hi all. I applied high build 2k primer to a job I'm doing and blocked it ready for wet on wet epoxy primer then topcoat. But my compressor died so it has sat for a couple of weeks all masked up and prepped. I want to avoid unmasking and sanding again if possible. Do you think I would get away with just prepsol and paint it or I will need to resand it for good adhesion?
Thanks

There's no need to resand, just clean it well. I assume you're spraying reduced epoxy as a sealer before the basecoat?

You may find the tape hard to remove after all this time.

Thanks mate. Yeah it's epoxy primer reduced down to use wet on wet. I'm not looking forward to getting the tape residue off hopefully some wax and grease remover will get me out of trouble
