Deity,that super duty is really cheap,could do with finding that in the UK

if its good enough for you then its fine for me :)
so it should be fine useing 1500 to sand then use the farcela g3 compound then follow up with 3m's stuff right?

if you find the 3m super duty or equivalent. all you will need is 1500 and compound it with the 3m done. use a foam pad.

sorry it took so long. but straight from the horses mouth. 3ms part number for the super duty compound in the u.k. is M09004

I use the 3M 3 step process, although I usually use the first two steps which are compound and machine polish. I've had great success with that. I've also used meguiars m105 and m205.

This is with m105(less agressive than 3m) and finishing off with the 3m machine polish.

I'm not sure how much orange peel you are getting, but 3m should work for you.
