I just painted my car with an acrylic enamel paint and have orange peel, I used a hardener in the paint. My ? is can I just buff this orange peel out or do I actually have to wet sand?

Thanks

You should be able to improve the severity of the orange peel by just buffing but to get a truly flat finish you would probably need to do some sanding first. In other words it all depends on how deep the orange peel is and how flat you want it to be for the final result. Good luck.

Also depends on solid color or metallic. Sanding or heavy buffing on a single stage metallic can expose the metallic flakes and ruin the whole job.
