in cold weather how long do you have to let clear coat cure before you can cut and buff. Its been on a 4 days tried to wet sand with 600 to cut orange peal down then used 1000 then 1500 then 2500 . Still could see some scratches and clear want to burn from buffer real easy. How long should I give it before I try again

If the clear was shot and allowed to be outside in the cold, it will not cure under around 55 deg F. If not seeing a bake cycle in a booth, it needs to have at least a day or two of warm environment - like 70-75 degrees ideally.
