i did a splatter style guitar body...i used all urethane .....2k on the clear(nason )
Problem is on some spots you can feel the splatter thru the clear even after 6 wet coats...if i sand down with some 1500 & work up to 5000 then re clear will i still see the lines of the first sand thru the new clear?

no - don't do that. I don't even know what 5000 grit paper is, it's probably less coarse than tissue paper. You will create a situation of poor adhesion if that clear has cured for more than a few days. If re-clearing don't go any higher than 1000 grit or equivalent scuff paste.

You do not have to worry about sanding scratches in clear coat showing through to newly applied clear coat.
