Blend in any burn throughs with base coat and clear the entire panel to prevent tape lines.
First spray base over your burn through till you achieve coverage then blend 2-3" out wards.
I would finish sanding the whole car to see if any other areas need to be re painted/ re cleared.
The milky color is normal, just your clear falling off.
Just dont sand too much, just to where you have no OP visible.
I hope you put on enough coats of clear.

i have a few of those spots. how does one remove them? i dont want to sand too far. can they be filled with clear from something like an eye-dropper and then sanded down? |
